1. How do I book my boat?
You can directly choose your boat from the website or by calling an ALIMED assistant.
2. How long in advance should I make my reservation?
If you manage your boat booking in advance you make sure you find more availability, and, therefore, you would be able to choose the boat that interests you most and even enjoy discounts. Our booking platform has an updated calendar, so it will show you only the option of booking the days that there is still availability.
3. Can I make a last minute booking?
We always recommend you to organize far enough in advance in order to ensure availability. You can book through our website or just calling us. However, reservations can be made at the last minute.
4. How do I make the payment?

We guarantee the payment method through the different systems we offer. Our payment systems are proven payments systems, payments by bank card, cash or bank transfer.

5. What is included in the price?
The prices of our services are detailed; you can make the booking just for the hiring of the boat or add any of the selected extras. Fuel will always be charged separately.
6. Do I have to sign a contract before sailing?

Yes. Our employee in charge of the management will deliver the boat, the contract and some navigation, anchoring and entry into port instructions. The contract will indicate the contractual obligations regarding the boat, deposit, fuel, etc. The signature of another of the passengers will always be requested so that both of them are aware of the conditions to which the boat delivery refers.

7. What documentation do I need to hire a boat?

To book the boat we just need your name, surname, contact telephone number and e-mail. On the other hand, we will need the Boating License of the skipper or person in charge of driving the boat. All our data storage will be regulated according to the current legislation at the time of signing the contract, consistent with Spanish legislation on Data Protection, Law 3/2018 and with the Privacy Policy.

8. Can I make a special request? (Champagne, flowers, food, special drinks, water games…)
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers; the ALIMED team will be able to put at your disposal everything you need for an unforgettable experience.
9. Can I bring my own food and drink on board?
Sure. In most of our boats you can take your own food and drink. Ask us if you need any special tableware/utensil and if an extra final cleaning charge would be applied.
10. How many people can go on the boat?
The description of each boat indicates the maximum capacity of guests, without taking into account the eventual skipper.
11. What extra activities can I hire?

12. Can I return the boat without refilling the fuel tank and having it charged later?
Yes. The boat will always be delivered to our customers with a full fuel tank. At the end of the day, the clients must deliver the full tank either going themselves to the gas station of the port of Alicante (Marina Deportiva), or delivering the boat without filling the tank, which entails a management fee of 20€ (VAT included) apart from the amount of fuel.
